This policy covers personal data we process as a controller: data about visitors to our website and users of our portal. Where we process personal data on behalf of a client in the course of a client engagement, we act as a processor, and that processing is governed by our agreement with the client, including its data processing addendum, rather than by this policy.

  • Contact and enquiry data: your name, email address, and the content of your message when you use our contact form or submit a request through our marketplace.
  • Account data: your name, email address, and access credentials when you are given access to our portal.

4. How and Why We Use Your Data

5. No AI Training

We do not use personal data you submit through the Service to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI or machine learning models.

6. Third-Party Services

We use a small number of third-party services to operate the Service: Google Analytics for usage statistics, Google reCAPTCHA to protect our forms against abuse, an email delivery provider to send and receive messages, and cloud infrastructure providers to host the Service and store submitted data. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies, and we share only what is necessary for the purpose concerned. We do not sell your personal data.

7. International Transfers

Some of our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above: enquiry data for as long as needed to handle and follow up on your request, account data for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period thereafter, and technical and usage data for the retention periods configured in the services concerned.
