About BlueCube AI
BlueCube builds the nervous system of the intelligent organisation, with a team of experts to help on your AI journey.
Why BlueCube exists
Every organisation can now easily access artificial intelligence. But very few can actually use it fully or comfortably, because AI arrives as another disconnected tool that just introduces more complexity. The result is that the organisation stays exactly where it was.
We started BlueCube to fix that. Not another chatbot or another point solution, but the connective layer organisations are missing: a nervous system that carries the right signal to the right place at the right time, and that triggers action. Your people remain the brain and the heart. Your operations are the muscle. And BlueCube connects it all intelligently.
We built it the way we advise our clients to build: ship something real in days, prove it in production, then let every cycle run faster than the last.
What we believe
It's always about people
We built the nervous system, not the brain. Judgement, decisions and responsibility remain human.
More than a pile of tools
Disconnected AI tools create disconnected organisations. What you need is a connected framework.
Proof over promise
We’d rather prove something small first than spend months answering RfPs that don’t actually demonstrate anything.
Continuous acceleration
Learning from every previous step allows us to do the next cycle even faster. And that compounds over time.
Founded by a unique team
BlueCube was founded by Bert and Rob Boerman: twin brothers and repeat founders who have spent their careers turning complex, regulated business processes into software that people actually use. They don't run BlueCube from a distance; they are in the code, in the specs, and in the client conversations every week.

Bert Boerman
Bert has spent more than 25 years automating business processes in regulated industries, first as a banker and then as an entrepreneur. Frustrated with compliance work built on spreadsheets, he prototyped a better system himself, laying the groundwork for Governance.com, which he and his twin brother Rob founded in 2014. The RegTech company was named FinTech Startup of the Year in Luxembourg in 2016 and featured in the Global RegTech100.
At BlueCube, Bert drives business strategy, client relationships and user experience, guided by a simple conviction: it’s never about the tech, it’s about what it lets you do.
Rob Boerman
Rob is the architect behind BlueCube’s technology. A software engineer with decades of experience in digitalisation and AI, he built the platforms that powered Governance.com and now leads the engineering of BlueCube’s agentic AI infrastructure.
His view: Without the right frame and context, AI is not reliable enough. BlueCube is his answer, a platform where you describe a job and a team of AI agents plans and executes it under your oversight. Rob builds the machines that build the machines, and drives our cutting edge technology roadmap, never losing sight of who it is for: humans.
The cube is growing
BlueCube is no longer just the twins The team is growing, and with the product finding its shape we're looking for people who like building real things fast: engineers who orchestrate agents, and experts who turn domain knowledge into working systems.
