Workflow builder

The Workflow Builder is a visual canvas where teams design, run, and monitor automated business processes without writing code. Using a node-and-edge editor, you assemble flows from building blocks: start triggers, background jobs, conditional branches, switches, data transforms, state changes, and human approval steps, and connect them to define exactly how work should move from one stage to the next.

Each flow can be launched against a record (such as a client file or case) via configurable route patterns, then runs automatically through its steps. Conditional logic is expressed with CEL expressions, so a flow can branch on risk levels, actor types, document status, or any data captured along the way. Job nodes hand off to background processing, while approval nodes pause the flow and create human task items, routing decisions to the right people and resuming once they act.

Every run is tracked as a flow execution, giving you a live, auditable view of where each case stands, what has completed, what is pending a human, and what failed. Because the same canvas defines both the logic and the orchestration, what you design is exactly what runs, with no gap between the diagram and the engine behind it.
