What it does

Org chart builder turns unstructured source material into a clear ownership or organisation chart. Add meeting notes, screenshots, scanned documents or filings, and the tool reads them, identifies the actors (individuals, companies, funds, trusts and more) and works out how they relate: who owns what, who controls whom, and where directorships sit. It assembles the result into an interactive chart you can lay out automatically, filter by party or relationship type, and export. Along the way it flags beneficial ownership, surfaces potential conflicts, and lets you review and confirm each actor and relationship before it enters your structure.
